Milling

Our machine park currently consists of 6 cnc milling machines constructed by worlds most reliable companies such as HAAS, HITACHI SEIKI, MITSUI SEIKI with maximum travel of 1600x700x500 (XYZ).
Moreover we own 4 conventional milling machines.

Boring

We own boring machine with max travel of 1000x750x900 (XYZ) and possibilty of machining workpieces up to 3500kg of weight.

Gear milling

Additionally we also have 2 circumferential milling machines. 

We are able to perform a gear with modules range 0,5 – 12 and max dimensions of  Ø660x700 mm. Maximum weight of workpiece is 300kg.
 

Assuming our offer:

• CNC milling – max size 1600x700x500mm, detail weight up to 1500kg.
• Boring – max 1000x750x900mm, detail weight up to 3500kg.
• Gear milling – module from 0,5 to 12, dimensions Ø660x700 mm. Weight up to 300kg.
